Nigeria Professional Football League Week Four Round Up...........Compiled By Abayomi Ademetan, Ayodele Fasusi and Abdazeez Ola Abdakareem

Kano Pillars moved to the top spot with a 2-0 home win over Shooting Stars SC on Thursday. Gambo Mohammed scored both goals for the champions at Sani Abacha Stadium, to send them to the top of the ladder.

Lobi Stars secured a 1-0 win over ABS in Makurdi , with a first-half strike settling the war. The home side have won two and lost two in the current campaign.

Sunshine Stars were held to a 1-1 draw at Dolphins home ground, after Fred Okwarah's 70th-minute header earned the home side a point at the Liberation Stadium.

Heartland fell to a defeat when Kwara United surpassed them 1-0 at the Ilorin Township Stadium.

Wikki Tourists ensured their domination paid-off with a 2-0 home win at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium with an Alaba Johnson's opener followed by a winner to Sakin Bolaji helping the Northern side to the three points against Akwa United.

Gombe United handed Sharks FC just their third loss of the season, with a two-nil win at Pantimi Hadijia Arena.

New Boys Nembe City were held to a one-all draw by Enyimba FC at Samson Siasia Stadium. The match put fans on the edge of their seats with the level of soccer on offer.

At Elkanemi Stadium, hosts Elkanemi Warriors rallied round to force impressive Bayelsa United to a thrilling two-all draw earlier on Thursday. The players endured terrible conditions to display their talents.

Lafia boys Nasarawa United ran rings round Warri Wolves, but were unlucky to end up with a point. The match played at Oleh Stadium ended in a goalless draw.

Kaduna United fought back from a one goal deficit to earn a 1-1 at home to Enugu Rangers at Kaduna Township Stadium. The Flying Antelopes remain unbeaten in the 2013 NPFL season.
