Juventus have held a first round of talks with the representatives of Liverpool striker Luis Suarez.
Giovanni Branchini, who is working with Suarez's agent, Pere Guardiola, met with Juve GM Beppe Marotta and sporting director Fabio Paratici last week.
The summit was held to test the ground and also for Juve to make clear they were keen to explore the prospect of bringing Suarez to Turin.
Suarez opened the door to a move away from Anfield last week when admitting he would consider offers from Champions League clubs in the summer.
