The Port Harcourt Angels will travel to the Kogi State by next week with one goal, winning the trophy, having accounted for the 3-0 massacre of the Lafia based club in the final of the Fed Cup.
“We are travelling to Lokoja to win the league title and emerge as champions,” team skipper Evelyn Nwabuoku told futbalgalore.blogspot.
“Our performance would improve with the signing of Bayelsa Queens playmaker Cecilia Nku and Sunshine Queens' ace Adeola Aminu.
“Asisat Oshoala and Uchechi Sunday would join us after their national team enagagement with the U20 side. I think we are ready to make a statement in Lokoja,” she declared.
