The Super Eagles have embarked on the trip to Brazil, some members of the squad have announced through social media.
Chelsea loanee Victor Moses and Lazio midfielder Eddy Onazi shared photos before they entered the plane taking them to Sao Paulo.
“On way to the airport to go to Brazil! thanks for all your support guys,” Victor Moses said on his official Twitter account, and he added an hour later, “about to take off see you in Brazil.”
Ogenyi Onazi added : “Brazil all the way with my skipo. Journey mercies amen. My man Osaze, Brazil we coming. ”
It is confirmed that Monaco defender Elderson Echiejile did not travel with the delegation.
After the plane lands in Guarulhos around 2040 hours (GMT), the squad will move straight to their headquarters at Campinas, São Paulo.
