Peter O’Leary to control Eagles vs Dragons match

The officials for the crucial World Cup Group F match Nigeria and Bosnia-Herzegovina will be from New Zealand.

With both teams knowing how important a victory will be, they will look to New Zealander Peter O’Leary to control the game.

O’Leary, who was a fourth official at the last World Cup in South Africa, will have fellow Kiwis Jan Hendrik Hint and Mark Rule as his assistants.

The 42-year-old teacher is an experienced referee, having made the most referee appearances, five, at the Fifa Club World Cup, and has also been involved in four U-20 World Cup Finals.

The fourth official will be Roberto Moreno from Panama.
