Mozambique coach: The pressure is on Nigeria

Nigeria will be under pressure to redeem themselves with a win over Mozambique on Wednesday after the disappointing loss to Mali at CHAN. The Mambas of Mozambique also need to win after they lost 3-1 to hosts South Africa in their opening Group A match at the weekend.     However, Mozambique coach Joao Chisano has insisted the pressure is really on the African champions.     “The Eagles are the big brothers in Africa, the African champions and the coach is the African Coach of the Year, we don’t have any of those accolades, so pressure is on Nigeria, not Mozambique,” said Chisano.     Nigeria coach Stephen Keshi, on the other hand, said his team had a bad day against Mali, but he expects them to now focus on the Mozambique match.     “I must admit that only three players played well in the last game and that was why we lost. We expect 11 players to play well on Wednesday for us to get the result we want,” said Keshi.     Keshi is expected to make some changes to his starting team with Barnabas Imenger and Gbolahan Salami in line to start against Mozambique.
