Enyimba head coach Zakary Baraje did not mince words in praising his men
for defeating Anges de Natse 3-1, in a CAF Champions League first leg
tie in Aba.
Baraje praised his players for their output in the victory against the Togolese champions in the 2014 Champions League preliminary match on Sunday.
Baraje takes delight in the performance of his team as they were pegged back by Anges who silenced the homers with the first goal of the match.
“I thank the players because when they were under difficult circumstances they stepped up in the last ten minutes,” Baraje said to SL10.
“They were disciplined and united, the players themselves were so determined to win the match.”
He added: “My concentration now is on the second leg match and looking at the way we are playing, I have no doubt that after few corrections, we will go far.”
