Pyagbara downs Kaduna United with brace

Kaduna United winless run has been extended to three games after they fell 1-2 to visiting Sharks at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium on Wednesday.

The Crocodiles boys who are still mourning the exit of their chief coach, Saleh Tanko Lato who died on Sunday, got off to the worst possible start by conceding two goals in the first half to end the half trailing by two goals to nothing as Sharks' Christian Pyagbara scored twice in the 11th and 42nd minute.

The former Flying Eagles attacker was a monster and showed why he is highly rated by followers of the game in Nigeria.

United were lucky not to have conceded more goals as the tormentor-in-chief, Pyagbara, was out injured, leaving their defenders breathing a sigh of relief.

Samuel Agba pulled a goal back for Kaduna United late into the second half, despite Sharks dominating them on the ball possession chart.

An extended 90minutes of football was made longer when the centre referee added 5 minutes after Sharks players resolved to go down at the slightest of touch to kill time.

The tactics worked very well for the visitors as they ran out worthy 2-1 visitors and pile on more heat on under fire Kaduna United boss, Ben Duamlong.
