Ibeh will replace Fan Nduboke who was sacked alongside other board
members by the state Government in a club restructuring, aimed at
helping the club regain it's pride of place.
He will immediately resume duty and he is scheduled to meet with the team's technical crew and players later today.
Heartland yesterday extended their unbeaten run to 8 games but only two wins.
The back-to-back champions of the Federation cup in 2011 and 2012,
coached by Kelechi Emeteole, have slowly played their way out of
relegation with their unbeaten streak.
