Naze Millionaires' Management Team Axed

According to reports gathered by sl10.ng, the management board of Glo NPFL side Heartland of Owerri has been sacked by the owners of the club, the Imo State Government.

To that effect Fan Ndubouke who has been at the helm for almost five years now as General manager and his other board members have been relieved off their roles.

Heartland had a disappointing end to last season failing to defend their federation cup by crashing out in the quarterfinals to Akwa United and they escaped relegation on the last day of the season.

This season despite the appointment of veteran coach Kelechi Emeteole, the team have only picked up two wins in eleven games but they have picked up vital points away in Kano and at Kaduna.

The now dissolved board lead by Fan Ndubuoke who is yet to fully recuperate after been involved in a serious car crash will be fondly remembered for winning back to back Federations cup title in 2011 and 2012.
