Official: Former Bayelsa Queens boss bags NIMC job

Former Olga Queens, Bayelsa Queens, and Supreme Court coach, Mansur Abdullahi has agreed to manage Nigeria Nationwide League side, National Identity Management Commission Football Club (NIMC FC), on a short term contract.

An official of the club said that both parties are happy with the deal after the former Super Falcons and Flamingoes assistant coach decided to start a new challenge at the ambitious Abuja based outfit.

"We have tremendous respect for Mansur and the team he's assembling in Area 3," said the official.
"We are thankful for the opportunity to have a well versed individual in our midst."

"The first time is never forgotten". This phrase that often accompanies the life of every individual seems to be written for Mansur, as NIMC FC have won 4, drew 1 and lost 1 in the friendlies played under his watchful eyes.

His wards played a thrilling draw against Gwarinpa United and with a convincing three-one win over NAF Rockets, though they narrowly lost to Abuja Football Academy.

Results of the friendlies played by the Nigeria Nationwide League side under the watchful eyes of Coach Mansur:

Gwarinpa United (3-3)
NAF Rockets (3-1)
Alpha United (5-1)
Japhet Football Academy (5-1)
Jay 1 Football Academy (4-0)
Abuja Football College (1-2)
