Iago Aspas on life at Liverpool

Liverpool striker Iago Aspas has insisted he is ‘very happy’ in England after his summer move from Celta Vigo.

The forward has become a starter at Anfield in this early stage of the season, and the 26-year-old has admitted he is delighted in the North-West.

“I would tell any player to go to the Premier League,” he told reporters. “You get a different feeling – especially compared to Spain.

“It’s the first time I’ve left home so that’s been hard, but things are going well.
“I’m very happy, especially because we are leading the League.

“It’s only been three games though, and it’s a very long competition.

“I’m playing a bit further back that it did at Celta, but the big difference is how physical the League is compared to Spain.”
