COPA Lagos: Ten Players In, Eight Out

Sand Eagles Head Coach, Adamu Audu Ejor has released his final list of ten players to represent Nigeria at the 4th edition of the COPA Lagos Beach Soccer.


The final team list of players by Coach Adamu witnessed the inclusion of talented players for the tournament.

Notable players omitted on the list are  Oladapo Olalekan [Owibesesb FC], Emeka Ogbonna [Leads FC] and Adufu Abutu [Confluence Beach FC].

The players selected for the yearly competition are Abdullahi Isah [Kaduna United], Danladi Isah [Sharks FC], Isiaka Olawale [Dolphins FC], Ogbonnaya Okemmiri [Abia Warriors], Abu Azeez [Warri Wolves], Musa Najere [Lobi Stars] and Emmanuel Ohweferia [Owibeseb FC]

Others are Victor Tale Shenene [Confluence Beach FC], Babatunde Badmus [Owibeseb FC] and Atiku Sulaimon Dayo [Owibeseb FC]

Eight players were dropped from the earlier eighteen invited for the seven-day camping exercise.
