Heerenveen Launch Bid To Sign Nigeria Ronaldo

Heerenveen have reportedly launched a bid for AS Trencin winger Moses Simon, who is dubbed the 'Nigeria Ronaldo'.

According to a reliable source, the Super Frisians have made an offer and are set to beat Dutch Eredivisie rivals Ajax Amsterdam to the youngster's signature.

The technical crew of Heerenveen are keen for quality additions in the winter transfer window and they are ready to sign Simon, who is touted for big things in the future.

Ajax manager Frank de Boer is said to be a big admirer of the starlet and it is believed that, he could put in a bid to land the youngster in the coming days.

The 19-year-old, who is christened the 'The Nigeria Ronaldo', has made 38 appearances, netting 17 goals and accounting for 11 assists since he moved to Slovakia from his homeland in 2013.

Apart from the Eredivisie teams, clubs from all across Europe are keeping tabs on the situation, with reports claiming that Tottenham Hotspurs and two Swedish sides are willing to pounce.

Despite all the interests, Heerenveen are said to be leading the race along with Ajax to acquire the youngster's services.
