The Leeds United loanee opened scoring in the 70th minute before Cameroonian defender George Elokobi restored parity for the home team five minutes later.
With four minutes left on the clock, the Nigerian netted the game winner, chipping goalkeeper Paul Rachubka from 30 yards.
