The winger will remain at the Leopards on loan until the end of this season, with the club having the option to acquire him outright if he impresses at the end of the agreement in June.
This is Nnamdi Oduamadi's second stint with Varese having previously joined them in the 2012 - 2013 campaign.
He moved to Brescia at the start of this season but struggled to earn a starting shirt.
