Abdul Adama calls for a disciplined supporters club

Kogi United and Confluence Queens Sole Administrator, Mallam Abdul Adama has commended fans of the two sides for their discipline and passion for the teams.

Adama, was brought on board to restructure and reposition the darling teams of the Kogites.

"If you want good thing you should present good thing. Football is not about gaining anything, you gain happiness, if don't work you gain sadness, the sadness is worst.

"We want a disciplined, dedicated and passion passion filled supporters club. He urged them to be of good conduct and support the two teams to victory.

On the general assessment of both teams, the experienced administrator expressed satisfaction with Fatai Osho's United and urged Oluwole Santana's Queens to put more effort.

"Kogi United are playing a new brand of football, but am not too satisfied with Confluence Queens and Santana is aware of it. I want him to repeat the magic he achieved at Bayelsa Queens.

He urged the supporters to continue their good works and shun violence.

"Drum support for us, but don't be violent, be disciplined and show maturity in all our games both in and outside the stadiums. Keep it up!

"We want a national presence in the supportership as we hope to invite the President General of the Supporters Club, Alhaji Rauf Ladipo down to Lokoja, you never can tell some of you might make it to Brazil 2014.

Kogi Football supporters should appear in a unique style, an innovation which the ever smiling football technocrat emphasized on.

He concluded by thanking the number one citizen of Kogi State, Captain Idris Wada for his funding of the two clubs.

"My gratitude to his excellency (Idris Wada) for his continual backing of the clubs, may Almighty Allah bless him," he told futbalgalore.blogspot in Lokoja on Wednesday.

Kogi United and Confluence Queens are vying for honours in the Nigeria National League and Nigeria Women Premier League respectively.
