NFF board member Amene: Victory over Atlas Lions a miracle

Board member of the Nigeria Football Federation, Joe Amene, has described Nigeria's come-back win against Morocco as a “miracle”.

The Ejike Uzoenyi-inspired Eagles rallied from a three-goal deficit to beat Morocco 4-3 on Saturday.

Amene told a reliable source in Onitsha that the victory was “a clear act of God”.

“This is an indication that the God of soccer is with us in this tournament, And I rejoice with all Nigerians,” he said.
