Super Eagles star is a Stoke player

According to official statement on Stoke City website, the club has informed that it has reached an agreement with Cardiff City over the transfer of  Nigerian striker, Peter Osaze Odemwingie.

The fleet footed forward will move in the other direction in a deal that involves Trinidad and Tobago star Kenwyne Jones.

The transfer is subject to the Nigeria international passing his medical and agreeing personal plus financial terms.

Odemwingie is expected to be unveiled by the Potters on Monday.
