Igboun Want Lone UCL Spot

Sylvester Igboun, has said his club, FC Midtjylland is targeting the lone UEFA Champions League spot in the Danish Super League this season.


Midtjylland currently sit atop the league with 40 points from 16 matches and are followed by FC Randers, who are 10 points behind them.
 

But Igboun, who also spoke with Brila FM, said his side can maintain their current form to be the sole qualifier from the league.

He said, “We have World Cup players and a good number of our squad have earned national team call-ups, so we have quite an experienced line-up in the league.”
