The matches will take place at the Otunba Dipo Dina International Stadium, Ijebu-Ode.
Nigeria Premier League returnee, Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan will go up against Kogi United Football Club of Lokoja, while Sharks Football Club of Port Harcourt will tackle Supreme Court FC of Abuja.
Sharks topped group A with 6points from 3 group matches, likewise as Kogi United qualified with 6points as runners-up. 3SC garnered 9points to top group B, while Supreme Court made it to the semi-finals with 6points from 3 matches.
The four teams have all set their sights on winning the coveted trophy of the showpiece.
3SC head coach, Franklin Howard stated that the Gold Cup tournament as proved a massive test for his side's ambition to have an excellent performance in the Premier League.
Kogi United coach, Yomi Elijah, said he has told his players to have self-confidence and determination with the mindset of getting to the finals and winning the competition.
He said all the four teams stands a better chance to reach the finals.
Sharks FC handler, Gbenga Ogunbote, faces a huge task against Supreme Court and he said that the match will be like a World Cup finals. He stated that they would take on Supreme Court with a fighting chance of reaching the finals.
Supreme Court gaffer, Fatai Osho, is adamant his side are stronger and stand a chance of progressing to the finals and stated further that he really has good feelings about their tie against Sharks.
