1. The congress commended the effort made by the NNWL Secretariat on the need to register Nationwide League with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
2. The congress agreed that a committee should be set up to find a suitable name for the league, since the Nationwide League name could not scale through with the CAC.
3. The congress agreed to extend the registration of clubs to 6th March 2015, and the 2015 Season to Commence on 19th March.
4. The congress agreed in total, the explanation made by the Nigeria Nationwide League chairman on the tenure of the current Board which will end in December 2015.
5. The congress also approved the partnership with NTA and FRCN on coverage of the NNWL activities. Ms Nkechi Obi of Premium sport management was commended for achieving this feat.
6. Congress also welcomed the presentation made by Jovago and Verve international and
urged the marketing consultant and the NNWL Secretariat to step up their effort in making sure the deal is concluded and equally encouraged them to get more corporate bodies to partner with NNWL.
7. The congress unanimously adopted the amended status and rules and regulation from 2015 season and equally directed the secretariat to make sure all delegate members and state football Association has a copy each.
8. It was also agreed that the league will commence as follows:
a. Division One 19th March, 2015
b. Division Two 2nd April, 2015
c. Division Three May, 2015
d. Play-Off May, 2015.
9. It was also agreed that clubs must insure their players and officials, but with an option to choose any insurance company of their choice if they are not comfortable with the one recommended by NNWL as long as it conform with FIFA standard.
