Coach Vu Quang Bao was delighted that former Nigeria U20 striker Adamu helped the team to a 1-0 home win against An Giang FC.
Jobisports, who brought Adamu to limelight, expressed delight with the striker’s overseas switch.
Akin Ademofe, Jobisports Lagos team coordinator and ex-international, said they are thrilled with the move.
The player, who has a contract with Jobisports till the end of 2015 football season, was originally scheduled to attend trials at Dutch club FC Twente before he opted for Asia.
He said he is guaranteed more playing time at his new club, but the Vietnamese club are yet to finalise financial deliberations with Jobisports on the player.
