Uneventful return for Super Eagles defender

Super Eagles left-back Elderson was on for 90 minutes, as Sporting Braga failed to hold on to a succumbed and eventually lost 2-1 to Sporting CP in a Potuguese Primera Liga match played at the Estadio AXA Braga on Sunday.

The defender, who was just re-instated to Braga's team overlapped from his position and had a decent show, despite the painful loss.

Braga have played 6 matches with 12 points in 3rd place, while Sporting moved to 2nd spot with 14 points from the same number of matches.
