A brace from Super Eagles striker Peter Utaka sealed Beijing Guoan's Chinese Super League two-nil win against Shanghai Shenhua.
Utaka nodded the hosts in front, steering in a left-wing cross in the 45th minute. He completed his brace in the 56th minute from close range.
The win still sees them occupying third-spot with 43 points from 26 matches.
