Uchebo Scores Once For Boavista

Michael Uchebo continued his Portuguese adventure by hitting one goal in Boavista's 3-1 victory against Arouca on Sunday.

The forward was included in Nigeria's 23-man squad that prosecuted the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

Uchebo, who joined Boavista during the last summer transfer window lasted the entire match duration at the Estadio do Bessa XXI.

The hosts dictated possession against Arouca, yet chances were few and far between in the opening stages.

The away side rose to the challenge of taking on the home team in the first 40 minutes, but they succumbed to Ze Manuel's 44th minute strike.

Roberto had the visiting fans that made the trip dreaming of a triumph with the equaliser after 55 minutes.

Boavista eventually found their stride and netted the second goal through Uchebo 20 minutes to the end of the match.

Substitute Brito ensured a flattering score line for the hosts with a strike in injury time
