The Osun FA election forms are available for collection at the state football association secretariat located within the Oshogbo Township Stadium.
The election forms are meant for committed and seasoned state born football administrators with evidence of football management either at the local or state level.
Forms for the post of the chairman attract #50,000, while #30,000 is for the post of vice chairman, while other members are to pay #20,000 for their forms.
Sale of forms, nomination and return of forms begins from Monday January 26, to Thursday February 12, while screening and final list of candidates to emerge on Wednesday February 18, protests and appeals shall be heard on Wednesday February 20, just as the pasting of list of qualified candidates will take place on Monday February 23, 2015.
Election and swearing in of the candidates will hold as scheduled on Thursday February 26, 2015 at the Oshogbo Township Stadium.
