Millwall travel to Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday looking to register their first Championship goal and point of the new campaign.
The Lions are desperate to arrest a disappointing run that has seen them lose their opening three fixtures of the season, but the experienced players in the Millwall ranks are confident that the tide will turn.
Striker Jermaine Easter said: "It has been a frustrating start, but there is certainly no need to panic. Palace lost their first three games last season and ended up getting promoted so it's very early days.
It is not as if we haven't been creating chances. We just have to keep doing the right things and we will start to pick up results."
Skipper Danny Shittu added: "Most of the boys in the squad have been through situations like this before. We know we have to cut out the mistakes at the back and start scoring goals, but we are not a bad side. We just need to stick together and work through this.
I believe we have some very good players here, and once we get that first win, hopefully on Saturday, we'll start moving in the right direction."
