His agent Marco Salvatore confirm that the 25 year old has agreed a move to Gaziantepspor who finished 15th last season in Turkey just above the relegation zone.
During his stay at Rosenborg he made 66 appearances and scored 19 times.
Gaziantepspor are hopeful he will help them to a respectable finish at the end of the season.
Chibuike who operates just behind the top striker can also play on the wings or as a deep lying midfielder.
He also guarantees goals from his role and so far has scored in all season he has played in Europe regardless of his role.
He started his European career in Sweden where he spent 3 years with BK Hacken and made 70 appearances scoring 16 times.
