Coup Plot Allegation Levelled Against Maigari

Two members of the Nigeria football federation congress have warned against any plot by former NFF president Aminu Maigari and his camp to overtake today’s congress, which starts at 4pm local time.

 

Former NFF executive committee member Obinna Ogba and Chidi Ofor-Okenwa - chairmen of the Ebonyi and Enugu state football associations respectively have warned that the ordinary congress for today is only to confirm a new date for the elective congress, and to make up the number for the electoral committee and nothing more.
