Premier League debut and home win for Simmy, Ogu in 10 minutes action

Simeon Tochukwu Nwankwo aka Simmy began life at Gil Vicente with a comfortable 2-0 victory over John Ogu's Academica Ciombra at the Cidade de Barcelos on Sunday.


Goals from Bruno Moraes and Luis Martins sealed the three points for a Vicente side that had Haminu Dramane sent-off.

Former Portimonense striker Simmy made his debut, replacing Diego Viana on the hour mark, while Super Eagles midfielder John Ogu was a 79th minute substitute in-place of Javan Ferreira.
