Sunshine Queens Crowned As Ondo State FA Cup Champions

Nigeria Women Premier League campaigners, Sunshine Queens were crowned as FA Cup champions in Ondo State, according to media officer of the team, Biyi Akinnodi.


Sunshine Queens ruthlessly defeated Rising Queens Academy three-nil at the Akure Township Stadium on Sunday.

Explosive winger Yakubu Aminat was the shinning light in the one-sided encounter.

The former Rivers Angels youngster netted a brace, while Saheed Sherifat also from Rivers Angels got a goal for herself.
