U-23 boys take on their Zambian counterparts in an 11th All-Africa
Games, final round, final leg match in Lusaka on Sunday.
He will be assisted by countrymen Cheikh Mamadou Pene (1st Assistant), Boubou Cheikhna Demba (2nd Assistant) and Amadou Thiam (Reserve Referee).
The Match Commissioner is Mr. Charles Masembe, the renowned former FIFA referee from Uganda.
Both teams tied 0-0 in the first leg in Abuja and it will be all-systems-go at the National Heroes Stadium, Lusaka from 3pm Zambia time (2pm Nigeria time) on Sunday, as both sides seek a spot in the Men’s Football Tournament of the All-Africa Games, now scheduled for September in Brazzaville.
Nigeria’s contingent of 18 players and 10 officials will depart for Lusaka on Thursday aboard Kenyan Airways airplane, to arrive in the Zambian capital on Friday morning, after transiting in Nairobi.
